I can feel it, But its being hidden by a lil lot ....?

i've worked real hard on my body for the last 3 months....my chest is all in place, my biceps, triceps.....and YES!, i can finally see my six pack lines from the top....but the problem is that, there's a bit of fat on ma belly, cuz when i let it loose, my belly just sticks out a lil and the six pack's hidden....i want someone to tell me what to do besides running to burn that extra fat off!.......i'd really appreciate it and please tell me, how would i know if i'm losing fat...is there like a physical change....like perspiration (sweating) or something else?!? and oh yea, my diet is pretty balanced, cuz i keep in check everyday....so no worries there

jumping jacks, and jumping side twists pilates is also good

Running is the best but really anything that gets your heart rate up is good cardio. Try the elliptical (less stress on your knees) or even walking for an hour. Also spinning is a great cardio workout too.

just stick to a decent diet and try incorporating some skipping its pretty intense but diet is gonna make or break your diet bud best of luck at getting ripped
